In 2020, I was tasked by the APT to develop comics that explain concisely the rights of the persons deprived of liberty and how the police should ensure these rights from the moment of arrest. The comics are part of the national handbook developed by the APT and the National Police Force of Madagascar to educate police officers on this topic.
